Bilal Munir also commonly known as videowalisarkar in Pakistan is a Pakistani YouTuber. The 28 year old YouTuber was born on 20^th December 1995 in Faisalabad Pakistan.

Bilal Munir joined YouTube as a tech reviewer on 5^th April, 2016. To date his channel has 287,275,876 views. These a views come majorly from within Pakistan but Bilal is also known as a tech reviewer in the Indian YouTube community also as the biggest advantage is of language.

Bilal got 3^rd position in ICS across Faisalabad and then later got admission into FAST university LAHORE in 2014 in computer sciences. After university Bilal created quite a few websites and tried to run them and also used to handle social media accounts but all the attempts had failed. After the attempts Bilal gave another shot to YouTube and then focused on the channel which came to be known as Video wali Sarkar.

Besides YouTube Bilal is the founder and owner of Samaan.pk which is an ecommerce website. This website was not created to earn money but to support the channel of video wali Sarkar. Bilal thought that to review products he had to buy them himself as there were no sponsors and was blocked was google AdSense 92 times. Samaan.pk allowed him to fulfill his passion of reviewing products especially IoT products which we gaining popularity in 2018.

Bilal wanted to create and grow his YouTube channel but his growth was quite slow in the beginning as his basic aim was to show brands in Pakistan that in order to sell good products a lot of marketing budget did not have to be wasted. To get sales companies have to reach the customer directly in this modern era and to reach them directly consumers have to know the full specifications of the product. To become the intermediary Bilal presented his channel to companies and focused on organic growth.

One of the biggest advantage to Bilal was that his channel is completely presented in Urdu language which lets the viewers understand quite easily.

In the future Bilal Munir wants to make his channel as a whole company and not only be related to him as a whole.
